We will be unable to answer phone calls during our office closure period. Our customer service email and social media channels will be monitored, however response times may be slower than usual. For product questions, please refer to our FAQ's or our Facebook Community Group. 

Please check your order carefully before completing payment, as we cannot guarantee that order changes can be made before processing your order. We take no liability for orders processed that contain incorrect physical addresses, incorrect email addresses, incorrect order contents, etc.

Delivery Enquiries

Please direct all delivery enquiries to DHL when possible, as until our closure period ends our response times will be slower than usual.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

Sending by the Christmas cut-off dates gives you the best chance to get your item where it needs to be for Christmas and are correct as of 27 November 2022, but may change due to unforeseen service impacts. Please allow an additional 3 days for delivery to rural locations.
