These cannot be disinfected, so it is unhygienic to use them multiple times.NAIL FILEAn essential tool for applying and removing Gelous Gel Nail Polish. The high-quality Gelous Nail File is designed to work perfectly with our Gel Nail Polish with its fine 180 grit side and rough 100 grit side.Use the fine 180 grit side of the Nail File for shaping and buffing your natural nails and pushing back your cuticles. Use the rough 100 grit side for buffing off the shiny Gelous Top Coat before removing Gelous Gel Nail Polish.As a general rule, if you're a regular nail filer, you should hold onto your Nail File for no longer than three months. Keeping it any longer can lead to nail damage (as the buffing plates wear down) and a build-up of bacteria.CUTICLE OILGelous Cuticle Oil is enriched with a blend of oils to replenish, strengthen and protect your nails.To use, remove the cap & twist the end to dispense. Brush the oil over the nail bed & cuticle, massaging in thoroughly.

GENERALRead Storage Guide, Application Guide and Removal Guide before use.Do not use Gelous products if you have extremely short nails or if your nails are in poor condition (thin, dry or split).Discontinue use of Gelous products if irritation or sensitivity occurs.Keep Gelous products of reach of children and pets.UV/LED GEL NAIL LAMPDon't remove and insert the UV/LED Gel Nail Lamp Adaptor while the powerpoint is turned on, as this could cause sparking and/or short-circuiting.Unplug the UV/LED Gel Nail Lamp Adaptor or turn off at the wall when not in use.Only use the UV/LED Gel Nail Lamp for preset times.Apply sunscreen to your hands 15-30 minutes using your UV/LED Gel Nail Lamp. Wipe off any sunscreen on nails.Avoid getting back-to-back gel manicures to allow your nails to rehydrate and repair.GEL NAIL POLISH, CHROME POWDER & GEL NAIL POLISH REMOVERAvoid the product touching your skin. Wipe off immediately if this occurs.Use in a well ventilated area.
